120fps doesn't work

The frame rate stays locked at 60fps even after increasing the frame rate limit to 120 in the settings.

Anyone else dealing with this issue?

Edit: seems like the menu's are locked at 60fps like some others have mentioned in this thread. A shame but not a big deal.

I also wanted to start a thread on this topic because I also have a problem with it :)
The game allows you to choose between 30, 60 and 120 FPS, but once you choose 120 FPS, the game still sticks to 60, not that I mind playing at 60 FPS, but that's a bit weird :)

120 works for me, it just dips to 60 when youre in a menu instead of roaming around.

Menus and some other things are locked at 60 fps. Start playing the game and the rest of your framerates will come in during gameplay

It works when you have control over MC. It takes few seconds to apply after closing settings menu.

I'm already in the game, I mean I have the first moment where we control the character for the first time and there I still have 60 FPS instead of 120 FPS, maybe it's 60 FPS locked at the beginning?

Your monitor is above 60 I'm guessing. That's weird. Double check your settings, and maybe restart the game itself.

I have a 144 Hz monitor, I've never had a problem with it in P4G I also played at 120 FPS, when I get to the save point I'll save it and check it, maybe I need to start the game again.

I still have a problem with the 60 FPS lock, turning on the game again didn't help :/

The game graphic settings don't save for some reason, I have set it to Japanese voice as well but it reverts back to English in the options.

All of the Menu Animations look like they are locked at 30 fps even when running 120 fps. This could be a result of it also being a PS4 game.

Ok as long I don't restart the game I get 120FPS lock, very silky smooth. But every time I restart it reverts back to 60FPS and English dub which is annoying. I have to set my settings to Japanese and 120FPS every restart.
