Need help naming my character

I want to stick to the name Makoto Yuki. But this is a Japanese game set in Japan and they do family names first. So when naming my character do I do "Makoto Yuki" or "Yuki Makoto"? Yuki being his family name.

For pretty much every Atlus localization, Given name comes before Surname, even when naming your character

On the right: Arisato

Given name 1st, family name 2nd i learn this hard way about 4 hours of my playthrough. Doesn't have a will to replay entire game just to flip it so i guess i am rolling with it.
