Navigate to the folder of the save in question, for example for steam you'd need to encrypt the save.
While in the folder hold shift and right click and select "Open command window here" to open a cmd window. Next do the command "p3r-save encrypt [FILENAME HERE]" filename being the file you want to convert, be sure to not include [] too. When you get the save, just rename it and copy to the respective folder. If you have any other issues lemme know
This also helped me put everything together thanks
How exactly did you get it to work? I am stuck on the part were I extracted the folder but I don't know what to do from there. I do the .\p3r-save encrypt command but I still get the error stating ""p3r-save encrypt" is not a recognised function".

What I did was run the p34-save.exe first, restart my pc then do the command or something akin to that (Also when you go to github make sure you download the file from the build 11 section on the right, this part threw me off for a bit)

Okay so I downloaded and ran the exe file, restarted and tried the command again while following the previous instructions the other person said but I still get the command not recognized error. Am I missing something?

Edit:
I figured it out!
I put the p3r-save.exe file in the same folder as the save file
While in the folder hold shift and right click and select "Open command window here" to open a cmd window.
put in the command p3r-save.exe encrypt <Filename>
And then it generated the save data

Download newest release from https://github.com/illusion0001/P3R-Save-EnDecryptor/releases

Save it to your PC

Navigate to your save folder location (for GP saves are stored at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\SEGAofAmericaInc.L0cb6b3aea_s751p9cej88mt\SystemAppData\wgs\<user-id>\), you should see a list of folders like this: https://imgur.com/pLLQ7Au - each folder contains different save file, so if you have one save you'll see only one folder, if you have 5 saves there will be 5 folders and so on; open one of the folders

Copy & paste downloaded p3r-save.exe file into one of the folders like this: https://imgur.com/DPqMvyG

Click right mouse button in the folder and select "Run terminal here"

In CMD window type: p3r-save encrypt FILENAME replacing FILENAME with, well, name of the file in the folderIf above command doesn't work and gives you error message type .\p3r-save encrypt FILENAME HERE

You'll see that you have new file in your folder, named "encrypt-out.sav" - rename it to SaveData001.sav (001 represents in-game save slot so make sure to not overwrite your files by putting wrong number if using multiple slots)

Navigate to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sega\P3R\Steam\<Steam-ID>\ and paste SaveData001.sav here

Repeat steps 3-8 for any save file that you wish to transfer

Done!

Note that this will NOT unlock any achievement you've unlocked on GP version of the game. Other than that everything will be the same.

2 minutes and it's done. Worth it in my opinion.

It's going to be definitely worth it when P3R leaves GamePass in about a year and I can buy it on Steam for a fraction of the cost! Same thing I did with P5R!

Right-clicking doesn't bring up a "Run Terminal" option. I'm on Windows 10; is that something you have to enable somehow?

EDIT: Nevermind, figured out I have to run Powershell, at least on Windows 10.
