Digital Deluxe just gives you a Digital Artbook which you can just find on google images later and the Soundtrack which will be on YouTube so it's just a waste of an extra $10.
and the Digital Premium option gives you a bunch of non-Canon and possibly OP starting Persona's from Persona 4/5 which would make the game easier than it'll already be.
The costumes on the other hand from the premium purchase, you probably won't use on your first playthrough and you can just buy them later if you want them.
You won't be missing out on literally anything.
then buy any DLC you like including P5R BGM
tbh artbook or OST bundle doesn't worth it, but Persona DLC or any outfit you like to buy really worth it
