Would you buy Persona 6 if it only had a Female Main character?

From what I understand with my limited information on the series, the only female protagonist were in 2 and 3 Portable would you be okay if we only had a female protagonist?

I'm asking this to start a discussion as to why or why not, not to attack women or start something before people get offended by it.

Yeah, why's it matter? I don't really like male protagonists but I still play and love the persona games regardless

I have about 2000 hours in Skyrim and have never made a male character, so yes. As long as the game is solid, gender of the protag isn't a factor.

Probably not, because I was never a teenage girl lol, thus I wouldn't be able to immerse myself as well having to play one. Also the romance element would no longer interest me, because it would probably consist of dudes, and a F/M relationship would feel strange to me since I would essentially have to think about making decisions to romance a male, something I simply don't have any interest in. lol So I would miss out on a big part of the game. Because of that, there would be no point in me getting such a game, which doesn't mean it wouldn't be fine for other people. I would just skip it.

You give guys to little credit. They'll play persona if it has a hot femMC & good story. Persona is more then just self-insert! It's about the story, the connections and the gameplay. Guys play females all the time in MMO's and the like. Nowadays, its a 50/50 for who plays video games! If the story is sick, the characters bad a$$ and the femMC hot, then heck yeah, they'll play the game. I have no doubt that the true persona fans will play, regardless of who they are controlling.
