I'm hoping to become one.
Truth is I never actually finished this game in the day, got about halfway through and... I forgot why I stopped. Some reason or another.
I know the general story and seen the ending etc. though.

More recently got right back into the series about 6 years ago with SMT+4+5+the millions of spin-off games. Hopefully I can finally polish this one off properly.

I agree though and am sick of all the pointless politicking and nonsense that the forums are rotten with. Sad that we can't just celebrate what ought to be a momentous occasion in Persona history.

Looking forward to Reload but I wouldn't call myself a fan of P3, I've played a lot of Megaten games that are currently in english (both officially and through fan-translations or english guides or otherwise) and I think P3 (moreso the PS2 versions but even Portable as well) are some of the weakest megaten games.

p3 was my first megaten game when i was 13, i loved it then but i think its okay now, led me to other megaten games though so i'd say it was worth it

I mean, define "real persona 3 fan". Been a fan of Persona since I was like 10 and played the first one on the OG playstation, liked two, loved 3 and the change up of the gameplay loop. Loved 4 and 5 too.
