Language Change

I downloaded the game from game pass but it is on japanese and I dont see an option to change it

Weird, should allow you to change it to English or Japanese when you log in or in the settings.

Same issue here. Seems to be that the gamepass version they uploaded is being ♥♥♥♥♥

They are assuming they stole it but apparently are too ignorant to check that the game pass version is indeed having issues.

It is in appdata, just in case someone couldnt find the location.
It may also be needed to put an empty line before and after the adition.

You need to right click on the game in your Library
Select "Properties" and choose the desired language in the "Language" section
Then just restart the game
