I presume you already played P5R, they don't add InO because Loki will have Rebellion Blade and Satanael will have Sinful Shell, these beasts will be the overpower skills but in single target version.

ALSO Armageddon which deal fixed 9999 damage to all foes still in this game, so Myriad Truths doesn't needed to be added because its damage will be overshadowed by Armageddon

i know we have sinfull shell and we will have the final persona aswell but i just like to have the big 3 in the game sataneel okami and the final persona for 3
