I've bought this game when it just came out but barely played. I want to start playing now and am wondering should i get the dlc or just play abit before.

you have 2 dlc, one free and the other paid, get the free one now but for the paid one i advice you to see the ending of all characters first then get the dlc to play it last, coz this dlc will add a town that is only accessible by the last character of this dlc

so this dlc main character should be your last play through

The dlc is good for a second play-through but it has some challenges a new player would struggle with.
