Guild maximum?

Any point getting this to max? I appear to have all the displayed unlocks and it's probably a million or more to go beyond this to the maximum possible.

Anyone done it? Achieve anything worth the money?

Hmmmm... The ports will have a TON more goods for you to buy. It triggers prosperity status more frequently. And you get up to two merchant fleet that you can send out to any port within range to collect goods from that port for you. Not a lot... But hey, it's semi-free goods!

Also you are teching up the city... I was grinding Asia in the first act, and I unlocked the HUGE treasure ship even before the quest for it was done... Probably a bug... But after buying 5 if those and fleeting up... The rest of the enemies are all just ants.

I have guild(s) that have all the unlocks the icons indicate are possible. Next is the bottom of the screen where the column simply ends in a blank. I want to know if it's worth doing this final section in each of the three columns or not?
It's a lot of cash if it does nothing.
I have not found anything to build in the shipyard that requires the tech I assume max level gives (1000?)
I have cash to max it out but.... is it worth it?

nothing happens as far as I know. I know at max tech i get lots of ship of the line when i order, but maybe it doesn't require that much stats. I have a maxed out guild the lines don't unlock nothing.

Dude max it out the guild! At least the trading points. It will purple star all your items and these will sell soooooo much more !!

Ohhh got ya.. now that I think of it, don’t think you need to increment more once you unlocked the purple stars.. the only thing I noticed is just more goods to buy.. not yet about anything else.. I mean unless there’s an readable items that’s not opened yet, or some other bonus that I don’t know about..

I increase the 'Trade' to 1000 for all my ports, since in the help section it says that affects how many goods are available. I was getting the Large ships at only like 600 tech, so not too important as long as you have it high enough to unlock the extra goods and stuff.

Cheers. Yeah I think it might unlock superb ship parts and stuff. I have 2 guilds baking now so I will see if I notice anything much different soon.

I really would have expected something big at max. I think they missed the boat on that one.

800 is essentially the max you need really. Just need Trade and population high enough to get enough premium goods to stock your 100 capacity cargo holds =P. I only really have one place to get ships at Nagasaki, but I havent had to replace them yet since I dont battle much.

OK so I have maxxed one of my two and there really seems to be little to no obvious benefit in terms of available item types or anything.
