Debt Collection Quest: Abdullah

Does anyone have an idea of how to start the quest? I got all 3 of Latias hearts, but its still not appearing.

EDIT: I am also in chapter 3 btw. I have to got into Natal, if it helps.

Did you go to Nantes on the west coast of France and check the tavern?

Yes, i got him in chapter 2 if that changes anything. And I got the barmaid in Malaca to 3 hearts as well. But I haven't entered Nantes yet.

I was never able to finish that either as Abdullah. With you starting with Nasser you cannot get Aji quest to start. Without Aji you cannot finish Garuba.

To start Aji's recruitment as Abdullah, I think you have to find and crush her Rasmus fleet.
It should be sailing around SE Asia, I remember it being on the Malacca - Jakarta route, but generally somewhere between Lopburi, Malacca and Jakarta.

I tried again after I finished Abdullah and defeating the Rasmus fleet shows you a cut scene with Aji that sends you to Palembang where you need to translate a book. Then you need to find the author of the book. I beat the Rasmus fleet twice before with Garuba so it might be Character lvl or some other requirement.
