Drunk party

The only thing I seem to be missing, any hints?
Done with all other character quests excluding Shen Shi and including Loris one.
But this specialty of his seems to require another quest.

I got some unique dialogue with him in different weather and tried sailing all over the world thinking it would change something, but so far no result.

when in storms you will get some pop-ups with him writing the song (i'm guessing) and he will eventually say it is done, after that next time you enter London it will trigger his quest

as for Shen Shi kill pirates in the sea of Japan/China until they drop a special : firearm+laqueur+ spice then go to Haizhou/Hangzhou then to Naha - on my current playthrough as Abdullah i didn't manage to trigger his quest and guessing there might be a chapter lock or something also

Aha, so my guess was right - his random phrases did have meaning.

In that case it seems like you indeed have to face all DIFFERENT kinds of storms all over the world..
I remember one being during blizzard type storm for example.

As for Shen Shi - do you have to do anything before those spawn besides having Shen Shi?
Or I need to kill those first before I actually get any clue/quest?

some1 was saying in another post that you can check their cargo and see if they have the items, but me personally i have always stayed in the waters near Hangzhou and killed everything that passed by until i got his items (that was for MC: Andrew, Yun Mu and Yoshitaka), now for Abdullah i spent 2h there and still don't have the items for his quest
so - you need to loot those 3 items before you can do that quest

Yeah, what I meant is - when do those 'ships' start spawning.

Do they spawn from the very start of the game?
Or when you get Shen Shi?

But I assume at worst they require you to have Shen Shi, I assume no other requirements.

Shen Shi lvl 30 might be another req, but other then that don't think anything else
also to make ships spawn faster: go to that location save in the mid of the sea and reload, alot of fleets will start spawning imediately after

I've found this fleet randomly while trading with fleets somewhere around Macao, and I've traded those 3 items - they are 100 coins each and are not in a general cargo area, as far as I remember, but in equipment area. After that the quest have activated. I think, but I'm not sure, it was at chapter 2, but may be later.

I finish Loris quest and find gone with the wind lute but after that what next, like it didn't finish the quest and did't unlock his skill said quest dead drunk dinner party still didn't finished

the lute and Drunk Party are not the same thing, the lute is a side quest, Drunk Party is a longer quest/trigger, so: my best guess based on my playthroughs is you need to have him in the music room and hit storms in different parts of the world like EU,NA,SA,Asia and even the Arctic, at some point he will actually say "it is done" and then you can go to London and actually trigger the quest
