I got 3 coins already

-1 from Benghazi (Scavenger)
-1 from Stockholm (post)
-1 from Madeira (scavenge from the sea I guess?)

the last that intrigue me is one from Antwerp.The log said it belongs to the merchant but there's no prompt or quest marker. Any Idea?

It's just a quest tokens. They aren't used. Once you get all 4, you need to visit a minter's mansion in expedition like, 4 times or something like that, to find him first, then to set up the trap and to lure the minter.

What do you mean "Scavenger" ? I try very hard to solve this one but can't get any clue.

the scavanger is the guy in benghazi that gives you a coin, the coin from the shipwreck i wown, and the coin from stockholm, but i cannot buy one in the dutchies, and i dont have a questgiver that started a questchain

You have to enter the post 2 more times. You need someone with Charm for the 2nd of 3 times.

Same.. but who/what is someone with "charm" ??
Never i guess they Meant the CHARM from the "stats" of your character to pass the check you need 40 Charm . and you must enter the Post again
