Pirate Queen's Fleet

So, i've done all the steps, recruited Sassi & i'm just sailing around the Red Sea for months now & there's no Pirate Queen fleet. am i missing something?

She's just north of Toamasina, along the eastern edge of Madagascar. Back during the dialogue CG that's where she told you to go. It's weird the actual quest info doesn't say it.

I have to fight her 1st though, right? she's not showing up anywhere in the Red Sea

It's not one of those spontaneous, mandatory battles that happens with most quests. You just have to inspect every pirate fleet that sails by and see if it says Pirate Queen's Fleet or not, then battle them if it does.

I actually ended up fighting her just south/southeast of Aden, around the port.

i see. i'll try just wait around Aden then. hopefully get lucky. been sailing up & down the Red Sea for almost an hour now & nothing >.>

the easy way to refresh it try save at the red sea first. then exit and play again. usually many ship will appear after that.

right, i've now waited an entire in-game year. She ain't showing up & i'm thinking i'm missing something. maybe a quest, maybe i can't fight her on chapter 3. maybe Sassi has a quest once recruited? idk >.> i'm stumped.
