That is how I got my Atakebune/Ironclad ship blueprint.
I've tried to negotiate with all the Guanchuan fleet sail past, but none of them seems to offer it... My luck must be pretty bad. But thanks for confirm its possible drop.
As the current game is, reloading might be necessary for them to spawn.
Look further abroad. Sakai has a quest for the Fu*chuan blueprint (10 premium Korean Wood). I can't remember exactly but I think Guangchuan may have been Gia Dinh (10 premium Teak Wood)?
Just "save" before interact with the fleets. If nothing good for trade then reload.
Note that if you already interact with them then reload will not help,
You can either trade the blueprints(using equipments) or attack the fleet to get the blueprints.
- There is also a named fleet(consist of 3-5 ships) carrying Atakabune blueprints, I spotted it in Taiwan strait between Zhangzhou, Tamsui and Anping (Going pass Hangzhou and to Korea) but it's rarely spawn. Same strategy either trade it or attack the fleets
