Final Boss Difficulty

Guys and Gals, especially Dev's, What's Up with this final boss??!??
I watched some youtube movies of people stumbeling their way first time through this boss. But I can't manage to fill up the batteries all the time. Time just runs out WAY to quick. I tried different approaches and did the same people did on Youtube, but my time just runs out too quick.

Is this a known issue or a bug or something? I spend all these hours to finish this game with my son, but we can't even manage it, because the difficulty spike in insane all of a sudden.

Hope someone can help with this... It's sad if we can't even manage to finish this nice game this way.

I noticed that the purple blocks in same Youtube movies were not moving at all. Something they do on PC. The guy in the movie was playing on PS. Also it seems like they only need like 200 "coins" to fill up a battery, where I need more than double on PC.

Is this a difficulty setting maybe?

did you ever manage to solve it? I've been struggling most of today to try get this level done i get to the 5th wave and it just becomes impossible

Same. I could not under any circumstances, be able to beat the final boss. Perhaps, the developers designed this as a co-op only thing. Other than that, my only take-away here is if you want any chance of beating it, download Cheat Engine, give yourself a bunch of MB's, and use that to power up all the batteries as you do the puzzles. But this technique has problems. Cause by doing that, the game immediately crashes after a cutscene, and the game will consider your save *finished*. And you won't be able to re-experience the cutscenes you missed ever again. Real unfortunate the lack of talented staff that worked on this game. The game's been out for what- a full year, and there's THAT MANY BUGS? Insane...

i just managed to do it yesterday with 4% remaining i posted on the discord asking for the devs to replay the level, just to double check its functioning as they designed. during one attempt it glitched and left me with trash from a previous attempt

I finished final boss several times on PC (keyboard+mouse) and didn't find it too difficult, maybe just a bit tricky. It is not a casual run, sure, you're on timer, so you have to beat minigames quick and manage your resources well. Basic things to remember are:
- Don't run away from a minigame until you collect all files.
- Don't put files in the nearest capacitor, do it in the lowest percent capacitor every time.
- Don't try to be careful in minigames, at this point you should have 8 HP and survive some hits. Even when KO'd, Boti would just respawn with full health.

If you elaborate on what gives you most trouble, I can be more specific.

Can’t speak for anyone else but my experience was glitchy as hell compared to the YT videos, I eventually managed it but if you failed you’d find events had not reset and I had trash from previous attempts to deal with
