Main menu crash

I play and open up the game and when i reach the screen that says start game and exit game it stops there. I can't click any buttons because it treats the game as if it's not open. I can't see or do anything because the game blocks everything including task manager but i can't click on anything in game.

Same problems, too. Random crashes, even when altering my Radeon card compatibility modes...

Same problems using NVIDIA. This game no longer works for Steam under Windows 10 in 2021.

think they fixed it.... it was in the "ukraine bundle from humble last month" i tried it again and since now works fine and did not crash a single time... cant explain of anything else other than they fixed it because i did not change anything on my pc....

Hey guys! I got the FIX!!!
I had the same problem!
I bought the game in the "ukraine bundle from humble last month" and the screen always froze but i could click on my desktop, not seeing task manager etc.(always had to restart pc).

The Fix:
Open the folder where the game is installed and you will see a lot of ZIP file folders.
You must unpack the ZIP file folders (into folders with the same name).
Then start the game and it should work.
