Drill Dive Feels Too Delayed

I think that's what it's called? Holding RB in the air on an Xbox ctrler.

I feel it works in a confusing way; it only starts after holding the button for a while. That made me think it wasn't even a thing when testing buttons intuitively because holding RB just for a little while seemed to do nothing.
