What's this? And how can I enter this universe?

I understand that it is an ARG, but if I want to enter its world, where do I start?
Do I have to search on the internet, YouTube, Reddit or something or just by playing the game will I understand everything?

I'm looking for tips, because when I entered the wiki (fandom) I was overwhelmed with information and I didn't fully understand where to start.
