finding secret number 10

i have found all the secrets except for the last one. its a cartoon frame from the gallery that is called grave mistake. but i have searched everywhere and cant find anything. my hunch is its in the hornz area because when jumping on the computer that flashes different colors i can get on the rocks and jump over and see that there is a hallway and room looking thing near where i jumped down. there is also a large complex that looks like a maze near there but i'm not sure if its tied to it.

If I remember right the 10th secret is in the demo area after the plaza, there's a long hallway full of chests you can open. There's a secret in one of them.

Im pretty sure its the one during the computer segment of layer 3. Theres that one keypad on the side of a gated off building.

one other thing ill say is has anyone deciphered what hornz is saying. it looks like giberish and i have translated it to beverscratch and got nothing.

Its a red herring according to stumbler

you were right it was in the mini gallery in the starling area. its weird because i was already in there and opened a chest. thank you a bunch
