I never could find it in Wildfire. On the other hand, you can stab Brenda with no consequence other than the inevitable damage to your personal karma.

This has the same effect as giving her the tape, essentially, as Hans will let you through to see Tony.

Not sure if anyone is still playing this game. I haven’t found any help with the tape location on the internet and I couldn’t find the tape in San Mona. I finally found it in I8 the central SAM site. This is my first play through of wildfire so it may spawn in other locations. Hope this helps someone somewhere.

There is no tape "in the Cathouse on the toilet"... In fact, the tape is in a locked brown chest in the eastern part of the most southern house in the sector.
