mercs walking backwards
my mercs have strange movement some of them only walk backwards whats the matter with that?

Hold ALT while issuing movement command to make them move facing backwards

hmmm i give it a try with the alt button to make them move forward ;)

Did you tab out of the game? I think JA2 might be one of those games where tabbing out causes the Alt key to "get stuck". The game registers Alt being pressed down, but never sees Alt getting released.
Hit Alt again once in the game to fix it.

i guess that was the problem i tried it again ( without tapping out) and it worked so tap out forbidden;)
