incom from mines

I have a problem getting any income from mines I have liberated (Drasesen 34% loyal and La Chitizena 45% loyal). In both cities talking to the head miner

Did you grab some money or some other staff from the head miners houses\cabinets? If yes, so this is the reason.

I believe this will not fix the loyalty drop. Maybe finishing some quest will help. For instance, rescue Dynamo and bring him back to the his brother - head miner in Alma. Also, high level of loyalty should help.

To get incom from miners you need high intelligent and bossy character also speak friendly or directly. Do quests in most city is always 2 or 3. Train citizens for self-defence. Liberate more places and SAM sites. Don't kill citizens and dont stop in fight(loyalty and morale drops). Return Chalice for 6% boost in all city(better after having them all liberated).
