Head Miner in Drassen Missing

I've taken all 3 sectors of Drassen during a night op. I've searched every building in the 3rd sector and can't find the head miner anywhere. I've tried waiting until morning and he's still nowhere to be found.

Do you have to reach a certain loyalty level for him to appear? He definitely didn't get killed during the firefight.


I really hate to try restarting the game to find out that it's a game bug or something...

His name is Carl. He should be in the room with a sofa and a clock. If he isn't it a bug.

I thought it was Fred Morris? Or did they change it up in the Wildfire version?

And which building? Pretty sure I've searched all of them.

Yes, they did.

The office building. The room has also a chest. Unfortunately I can't supply you with a screenshot. There is only one room with a chest, a clock and a sofa.

Actually a few months ago someone has asked the same questions (but in german). I've answered the same way but I dunno was it useful or not.

Guys, I think it will be better to say that is in the house which has a lot of personal closet. Effectively also has a clock and a sofa. Thanks!
