How to Download Closers ?

Are you from Indonesia?

This game has its own Indonesian server that's out of Steam. They decided to ban Indonesian players since they have their own exclusive servers for them.

Why are you using an Indonesian network? Change your network to something else then you're able to download Closers if it still doesn't work.

Go to Steam at the top left corner then Settings > Downloads > CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE

See if it works after..

There is by using VPN.

Its stated by En Masse through this link:

..that they do not block VPNs by default unless its being used for hacking purposes and changing IPs through proxies.

As my reply to the other user too, that applies to you as well.

You have your own exclusive servers for Indonesia but if you wish to play in NA servers by En Masse Entertainment then you must use VPN.
