I'm sorry to hear about your issue but one thing you shouldn't do upon installing a game is uninstalling it immedietly.

Have you tried verifying the game files via Steam and the En Masse Launcher for any missing files?

I still have it, but I posted this discussion from a different computer (it's complicated). I've tried verifying the game files via Steam, and I just ran the repair tool in the launcher. Unfortunately, no luck.

What's your operating system?

I assume you're running Windows OS.

Perform a clean boot so that no other software and services will conflict with the game. Take note that when performing a clean boot, it'll disable software and services on start up so there'll be no conflict.

Upon doing a restart, Steam will prompt to install services, please do so. Incase the issue doesn't get fixed then I suggest contacting the technical support.

You make a ticket about your issue here[support.enmasse.com].
Copy what you posted here and paste it there and include that you've performed clean boot and still didn't get it fixed.

Only they can decide if the issue cannot be fixed and that's when you'll only uninstall the game.

I've recently just gotten this issue. Tried uninstalling it and tried fixing it through the launcher sadly no luck whatsoever.

I'm actually having this exact same issue as well. Trying some of the ideas above to see if I can get anything to work. If nothing else works at least I know it will work on my desktop when I get home on Friday xD

It worked on my laptop a few weeks ago just suddenly not working now Q-Q

This happened me several times, but just closing the game and starting it again worked for me, for a reason.
