If you say yes, and you made the transfer, then you only have to log in to the web with Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer, and then log in with Steam.
If you say no, don't expect Naddic to restore your account.
(also worth noting that i don't have access to my old username anymore)
EnMasse had more loss than profit and was no longer profitable with all the games he had.
So he decided to transfer the data of the games to the developers and later the accounts, but for this process they had to update the players' data and it is at this point where the users had to transfer their account data.
You can't blame a company for erasing your data if you weren't interested enough on it.
Or would you, as a company, migrate a database full of inactive accounts that only take space? I wouldn't.
En Masse Entertainment, the previous Western publisher, was disbanded. They informed us about this through Steam and email, and gave us a chance to transfer our characters to the developer, Naddic Games. If you missed their email and the transfer window, that's entirely your fault. The original data was deleted months ago when En Masse ceased to exist.
>My fault because small company only wants to transfer "some" of the characters
This is why no one plays this game, it's because of the crappy developers and community. You speak like the stereotype free-to-play mmo garbage.
They transferrred every data that was requested to transfer. The process required maybe 10 minutes. If you didn't have 10 minutes during the two months of the transfer period, you are far more busy than 99.9% of the humanity, therefore you don't even have time for playing.
