Closers

Is the game dead?
I returned to the game a few days ago, this is because I did not have a good PC to run it, but I noticed that the developer was thinking of putting the game down due to the low frequency of players, the improvements they have made in the game were very good, but people still say it's P2W. I opened the game store and I do not notice anything so it is forced to "pay" to be better or that you get stuck to improve weapons or armor, of course it increased from lvl of 60 (it was the lvl that I left before leaving) to lvl 80 and I was able to improve my set to +13 without problem and I didn't pay anything. The bad thing is that the store does not have many cosmetics for sale (what they should invest the most is cosmetics, since it is what users buy the most), I hope they can inform me what was the cause of their fall or failure of this Great game. :steamfacepalm:

And what the P2W thing is just bs tbh
what´s it bs tbh?
It fits the definition of pay-to-win no matter how much you justify it.

In PvP, you'll still have disadvantage against people who whaled the game that have +15 +16 + 17. Physical and Psi Power itself doesn't scale for balance and if you really have the highest enhanced level gear out there then you can just outdamage anyone like a no-brainer as long as you paid.

In PvE, those tuning quantity can't be resetted without using the equalizers. Yes, you can get equalizers from events and Black Market but those are limited use and costs expensive at BM. People resell them for profit at absurd prices compared to CLOSERS KR's economy. Its always been expensive with or without stamina system as I was there witnessing the changes compared to CLOSERS KR. Basically anyone who has a lot of money to spare can retune their gears to as much as they want to as their money can afford it and be on top the ranking leaderboards and compete with other whales since their ego can't handle it.

The rest who didn't paid will just be treated as a low class citizen and will always have to rely on an undergeared squad in raids while whales can solo them without needing any squads. Sometimes they queue for even faster completion time but others don't wanna carry others because why should they?

What you're talking about is the definition of pay wall and not pay-to-win.

They do have LOTS of cosmetics for sale and its only a seasonal gacha type of thing so you feel the necessity to buy those costumes because you won't see them again til' next year.

Yes the game's dead and the only one's left here are people who wants to see the game dead with their own eyes. (I'm one of them.) The game's really not worth playing anymore so even if others claim it isn't dead, the fact remains that the population ain't growing any longer and its only a matter of time.

They failed to deal with CODE CLOSERS and acquired all Indonesian players from a dead server, CLOSERS Indonesia.

We have this server and CODE CLOSERS standing still and its those two servers that divides the game's playerbase in half.

CLOSERS RU was launched around months ago and was later shutted down. Take note that's two servers dead in total but this migration doesn't count. They'll most likely pull the plug soon as CLOSERS KR ain't doing well either. More and more better KR games are coming out to the point they forgot CLOSERS KR exist.

They just release updates frequently to hope to bring them back but it'll be an endless cycle of them checking out the game and then leaving again unless they can pull off like Minecraft did in reviving the trend.
