Connection to game servers lost

So, the last few days I have been getting disconnected A LOT. Like 5-10 mins in game and boom, connection to game server lost. My internet is fine, I mean all the other stuffs I do are going okay and even after that I called my ISP a few hours earlier and had them check my connection. And now when I logged in the problem is still there. Is it just me? or the game servers are having issues? If it is just me, can anyone please help me out? I really don't want to miss this event that is going on right now...

Cannot say anything other then for you to run EMEDiag.exe in steamapps\common\closers folder that will show what failed, at least it should. after its done or in the log file.

I have some fails too and I get disconnects sometimes too. but not as much as you.

I did the EMEDiag a week or something earlier. it said the ports failed, and when it did I followed a solution I found on youtube. It worked for me and I could play fine for a few days. Now again the issue is back and it's even worse than before now. Sigh..

EMEDiag.exe won't resolve your issue unless it has something to do with third party programs conflicting with your game but yours is just losing connection to the game server.

The ports failing provided by EMEDiag has the SAME result as everyone. They are aware of this and even if you submit this text that you got a portfailed, they won't do anything as the port is not working as intended. EMEDiag is part of Kritika in the EME launcher and has nothing much to do with troubleshooting with Closers' server for connection as both have different servers.

Are you somehow new to the game? If you haven't reached maxed level then its safe to assume that you are since there are bugs in this game that you are not aware of.

Who are the characters you've been playing so far? Especially when disconnecting? Other characters have issues with disconnection with the server triggering the XIGNCODE anti-cheat software.

well I'm not really new but hardly checked forums and other discussions, and play alone as well so yeah. I have 4 characters, Seha, J, Yuri and Nata. Seha at level 80, Nata at 63 and the other two around 15. So, as you can see I mostly play with Nata and Seha and the disconnection rate is about the same with both characters. I tried switching channels to see if ups or downs the disconnection rate but thats about the same too. Say, what kind of a bug are you talking about?
