1) Install DirectX 9.0 and Visual C++ Redist 2010 SP1.

2) Update your graphics driver. Next If you have access to your graphics card's settings then changing to minimum/performance setting might fix it.
Also upgrade your ram. I have 4GB DDR4 module and the game is still asking me to get more.
3) If you're using a firewall, make an exclusion rule for CW.exe, CEFSUBPROCESS.exe and launcher.exe. Windows has a default firewall so you have to exclude it there too.
4) If you're using an antivirus/anti-malware/registry editors, make an exclusion for the entire folder of Closers.
5) If your router is using a firewall, then make an exclusion/DMZ to your assigned IP. Also, port -forward the game using your router. The WORLD server's port is 1231.
7) Right-click on CW.exe. Then Properties -> Compatibility. Then check 'run this program as an administrator'.
8) Close unnecessary programs from task manager. It may be clashing to Closers.
If all else fails, then run EMEDiag and file a ticket to EME's support desk.
I think that covered everything.
P.S. If you keep disconnecting in-game then you might check this out. Worked wonders for me.
