Is Platnum Elite Status necessary?
So i've been doing my research about this game to see if this game is worth playing over the long run and saw people mentioning that platnum status is important.

As someone who likes to stay F2P in every game, will not having platnum be an issue? and if I wanted to, could I purchase it with the in-game currency?

Platinum status is important to for grinding money and chance benefit and a free washing machine everyday for logining in as platinum status and washing machine can give free money depending on luck.

Not having platinum is not really an issue there other ways to get money like in Planar gate is still pretty good. chance increase is ok though idk the number of how much it increase so it could significant or not.

You can purchase 15 day elite status in the black market if anybody is selling thou its rather pricey i would wait till it goes to 40-60 mil than prolly be worth getting until u get enough to get platinum status.

note: 90 days of elite transforms into platinum

I'm also an F2P player in most of the games on Steam but so far, Closers is the most grindy game I've ever played so far in terms of in-game currency grinding (credits).

Platinum/Elite status is totally necessary and worth it if you play this game to be dedicated and commited to it. I've got no experienced being a Platinum player but only Elite from sometimes being handed out free and the 30 day elite from the DLC's that I've purchased.

Sometimes there are times where you'll get discriminated for not having an elite status as everyone mostly prefer to play with elites that has additional runs with them. Everyone gets to play more in the whole squad while you being forced out to leave.

Party Bonus Buff
1 member in your squad - 5% Found Item Bonus
2 members in your squad - 10% Found Item Bonus
3 members in your squad - 15 % Found Item Bonus

For example for Tiamat:
- 3/3 runs for non-elites and 4/4 runs for elite/platinum players

1 run gives you 1 Scavenger's Treasure Chest to grind credits which contains usually 1x Malek Crystal (100,000 credits)

300,000 credits daily per character [None Elite]
800,000 credits daily per character [Elite] Double loot drop and extra daily entry
1,200,000 credits daily per character [Platinum] Triple loot drop w/ same extra daily entry

Repeat the same progress to all the same characters:
-3,300,000 credits daily for all characters [None Elite]
-8,800,000 credits daily for all characters [Elite]
-13,200,000 credits daily for all characters [Platinum]

NOTE: This is an approximate calculation of credits gain without luck included.

Include loot drops with the Party Bonus Buff... 3/3 runs for non elite and 4/4 runs for elite
Everyone gets to have the party buff benefits until the last run for 4/4 and the non elite player will be left out for the 4th run giving only the elite players lesser buff.

Its overly repetitive but can you handle the insanity? that's only for Tiamat and not just for other sectors but that's what others do for mostly grinding credits with elite/plat. Everyone isn't even able to do Tiamat for all the characters due to exhaustion making it a waste.

Ehh, if you want currency really bad you might consider it. 6*15 elite is a platinum.
platinum maybe important, elite not, if u have to pay for it.

Extra entries are nice to cut days needed to farm stuff. Extra drops in dungeons is also good especially in Tia (Malek boxes) and the exp/credits is cool, while item find is useless. Enhancement/Tune success increase is a scam and shouldn't be taken into account because plat or not the enhancement system shows no mercy.
