Nope.. its only meant for Founders to have all those set.

As far as I know, there's no such event in KR that allows to get the Splendor of Darkness costumes.

You can still get dark command pieces, by crafting it with syncro fibers. The accessories are still available too, from bitna, as they have been for a long time.

Yeah that's right, however OP might be considering about the set itself and not gathering the pieces so I didn't mention the crafting.

As stated before, I haven't heard of the event and the new one about Bitna that you've mentioned.

Can you tell me what name of the event it is for future reference?

Yeah that's right, however OP might be considering about the set itself and not gathering the pieces so I didn't mention the crafting.

The dark command accessories have been in bitna since open beta started. Don't know about before then, but it's nothing new that they are in there.
