Is there cash shop trading in this game?

Like Elsword, where you pay in-game items or dosh for cash shop items (which is basically give gold -> get the cash shop item as a gift). I'm asking because I want to know the exchange rate (if there is any) and if there are any reliable sellers on EU so I don't get swindled. I wouldn't mind me some Elite status.

Yes you can buy things at the Black Market by talking to the NPC named Ken.

Not all items are available to be sold as far as I know.

only way to buy stuff is via blackmarket and trading system has a cap of 10mil so no theres no cash shop trading in this game
