thats not true, i tried indonesian servers and the ping is horrible. the lag is noticeable while plying, in NA the lag isnt even noticeable at all. thats why i said the ping is smooth even in SEA.
Its obvious that ping is measured by distance you are from the server including other factors. Most likely you are having a bad IP address to the Indonesian servers that gives you that high ping. There's no perfect connections as I've stated before, a lot of factors from ISP provider's networking to another.
Here's an evidence of mine that playing in SEA will give you better ping.
Philippines is part of SEA and this user from the Philippines claims that it has "no lag".
It doesn't mean your gameplay isn't smooth in Indonesian server will be the same for others. Its your current state of affair that no one else has.
if u seriously think most players in SEA will agree with u then u are wrong, NA provides better ping next to Singapore for SEA players, it isn't assumption. the server may be further but the lag isn't as much as indonesia server.

even people who are playing in Indonesia has lag, what do u think other players from different country will experience? the problem with indonesia server wasn't the language because most SEA players knows the language therefore it isn't language barrier. the biggest turnoff from the server is how bad it is, dnt trust me? go download the server and ask around and u will get the answer.
Note: why i said u were wrong isnt just blindly assumption on u but rather u shuld find out why SEA players rather play NA or Singapore server instead of hosts from other country in SEA.

The way you talk like this really piss me off. Not only me but others as well including from my previous post I created and you participating in that arguement. No wonder you easily get to conflicts like this even at my own forum post and now at my statement.
All you really do is pick a fight upon rejecting someone's opinion and statement?
What makes you say I'm wrong when you have no such statistics proving that "most players will agree or disagree with me"?
I have basic knowledge regarding about server hosting and its not just about ping and server location's distance that count as the entire factor here. There's more than that and here you are denying the existance of CLOSERS Indonesian server based on your state of affair because..

The way you act, the way you reject the Indonesian server located at SEA is nothing more than a anti-semetism act. You can make any excuses all you want but you can't easily say you just got bad ping and the server is horrible already and won't recommend it to the entire world.
Who knows if you're using a WiFi connection? We can't tell if you're using an ethernet cable to have a stable ping. What else could your other apps running in the background that could have potentially ruin the connection between you and the server? There are a lot of factors more than just that to give you a bad IP.
OP is clearly asking if this game has SEA server when it obviously doesn't have. Although there's an existing SEA server which is the Indonesian's server version of CLOSERS.
Indonesia is at SEA so just how stupid are you? just because you have a salty experience in that server doesn't mean you have to rant and spit it here.
You were CLEARLY denying my suggestion to OP when in fact there's an existing SEA server outside Steam so mind yourself. I don't give a damn about your crappy connection to that server so keep it to yourself when this is not a post for you to review that server.

i'm living in malaysia which is not far off from indonesia with constant good ping on NA. what makes u think ping for me will suck? u refuse to believe this also just prove ur being ignorant. everything u said tried to prove i had no backup on everything i said. u asked for prove and i gave u prove. i did not insulted u at anyway when i said u were wrong, u claimed it to be an insult so its ur own fault.
Indonesia = SEA
If Indonesians are from SEA and also have their own server then why the hell would they play NA servers?
Feeling lazy to read yet? Here's the reason why you're having a crappy connection to a nearby SEA server when you're just in the same continent.
Either you have:
-BAD IP
-Using a ROUTER and using it far from it
-Multilple users overloading the network
-Leechers sucking up your internet
-You got a MALWARE
-Having unnecessary third party software (uTorrent)
-Your ANTI-VIRUS updating
-Your ISP provider's issue
-Cable system from Malaysia to Indonesia are broken, damaged or faulty increasing latency
Just so you know, not all servers are perfect. You can play a Malaysian server from a different game and still get high ping.
You got no evidence much about ping distance when the game itself shows no ping indicator between you and their servers. Its all about you and the server conflicting each other.
Did you even google translate what you just posted?
The application shown in the thread from the link you gave is a third party software similar to Hamachi that lets you have VPN and do LAN to have better connection to the server. Since not all servers support this, you can buy a similar method like KillPing[www.killping.com] to directly connect to the server without the server's consent.
You need to educate yourself before you call your statement a fact.
I have played this game from SEA before and I can confirm that the Indonesian servers are less stable and run worse then the North American servers, the North American servers play much better for SEA users then them playing on indonesian servers. Unless you are from Indonesia yourself, the ping and stability of Closers Indonesia servers are terrible.
From what I can recall, its a system issue either from your operating system or graphics card drivers. I'm no professional technician myself but all I can do is to help you troubleshoot but whatever you do for now do not uninstall it or reinstall the whole game.
You can directly contact the Closers' Support Team from the En Masse Website to get professional technical help support and have them fix it in no time.

As the rule of thumb, you shouldn't uninstall or redownload the whole not unless game there's really no fix for it. Redownloading this 5 GB game is completely time consuming and its not guaranteed that it'll fix your issues.
Try doing a cleanboot to make sure that there's no other apps interfering with the game. Logitech made a detailed guide on how to do it here:

Restart your PC after doing so and see if the issue persist. If it still does go and run the EMEDiag.exe which can be found from the launcher. Run Closers Repair Tool as well if you haven't. This should at least take 2-3 minutes. If it takes too long restart the launcher and redo the procedure. The tool should tell you the issue.
Don't forget to update your graphics card drivers as well.
