As what the other's said, unfortunately it's unusable as its only a quest item for salvaging.

When I first started Closers, my initial thoughts were "Omg, an OP item right off the bat" but then when I saw the level cap, my hopes for it were crushed.

I wonder how many people would rage if that item was actually equippable and do what they say it does (suck out phase force of wielder).
Especially if that was permanent damage to your character...

Tiamat is already out :o same with the gear which gives debuffs

For example: the module takes you 2% of your HP every 10sec or so

you have 4 slots of pna that can use dmg reduction
