Go to Enmasse website and link your steam account under account management.

its been linked through other games so i cant download it through steam?

That's because you need to buy it here 1st to gain access and ownership.
Same as those buying games for Uplay.
Its the Digital Key Authentication.
The advantage is using Steam Wallets to buy anything in the game.

OR

You can wait next month once it goes Free-To-Play.
As it is currently going through Closed Beta and only those who bought a Bundle can access it through Steam due to being a Founder.

Then you're gonna have to wait Next month for it to go F2P as currently you cannot gain the Licenses here to register onto your account as they are selling Founders Package.
