Actually IMHO Siegfried is way more similar to Ky than Djeeta.

Percival is more like Ky than any other IMO. Similar playstyle. Footsies based.

I'm gonna say that Katalina is probably the most Ky in the game.
She has:
- A straightforward projectile.
- A typical DP as a reversal.
- A footsies/poke oriented playstyle.

She doesn't have "RIDE THE LIGHTNING" though.. The character that has the closest thing to that would be Gran, and he's a lot less poke oriented.

Imma expand. Fighting her she feels as privileged as ky is. It's not about how they play.
