2B will bring new players (sales), but like all hype, it end one day. I myself only bought the deluxe version of Rising because of 2B (I already had the standard version Versus from years ago). So what will probably happen is: In the first few days the game will be crowded with 2B (online mode), but after hype game back 'dying' again.
