why the dlc isnt on sale?

Yeah, ever since launch, none of the DLC's ever been on sale, just the base game and the deluxe edition.

However, not all DLC's don't need to be paid with $, you can also unlock some from the in-game Rupie Shop, however, its a big grind for those.

the DLCs aren't on sale because the base game is, and you can literally farm ingame to get the DLCs for free.
