seriously, he's such a piece of ♥♥♥♥ character it's not even funny. insanely fast normals, he's safe on almost everything, can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ex off of anything. He attracts the dumbest players too, the ones that wake up dp constantly and generally like to mash

Yea hes def overtuned and he has to many tools. They def made him broken and easy on purpose since his the most popular character in the gacha game. He is so much better than like 80% of the cast its not even fun to fight him.

At a base level the char does to much and hes easy. He has way to many tools and options. Compare him to someone like Anila Sandy just does to much to easily

Vikala is an item char and a zoner they cant make her super good. IF vikala was a shoto or a rushdown char they would have made her way better. also most modern fighting games just wont make a zoner or grapper super high tier no matter the popularity.

She has four, five if you count how Flock to the Future can be modified. I actually play her a fair bit. Unless command jumps suddenly don't count as moves anymore?
