Arguably her strongest move is her 22X (riding free). It initiates fast, travels a good amount of distance, hits low, and can low-profile through a lot of attacks.
Get into the habit of constantly blocking low. If she cannot land her 22X, she loses a lot of advantages she has.
22X also cannot glide through most 2M or 2U. These are decent options to make her slide into your attacks, though it's tricky to do on reaction. You'd most likely have to anticipate it.

Her 214X can also be punished if you spot dodge it, and many ppl like to use this as a pressuring tool. Pay attention to your opponent's tendencies, and you can get some good punish in for calling them out on their 214X attempts.

She's also quite prone to get out-zoned as long as you stay out of her 22X range. Jumping backwards and fish for openings works out quite well (just be careful not to corner yourself as you do so)

To add on to that, 22M leaves her safe on block, she does that it's your turn, 22L and 22H are negative so pick a fast button to punish. I say pick a fast button since depending on your timing or button choice Bea can sort of mash out DP. 22U is also negative, so like Fish said pretty much crouch guard and you shut down 70% of her pressure. Neutral jumping and landing using air cross up button is also good against her riding free once you get used to spacing. You can also grab her out of 22M, but that's super reactionary.
22M travels the longest distance, 22L and 22H travel the same distance (iirc?), but 22H is practically the hardest to react to since it's the fastest, so again just crouch guard.
All 22X version's follow ups leave her negative as well.
Neutral jumping also applies to her dive kick depending on where you are in screen.
You can spot dodge M dive kick for ez grab punish, heavy version is spot dodgeable, but if spot dodge late it's technically still Bea's turn, tldr the moment you see her in the air for either spot dodge or if you're that guy try to 2h. If you're aware enough and opponent spaces it wrong or predictably, while you're in the corner, you can sort of walk forward underneath her dive kick to place her in the corner, and since it'll count as a whiff she'll be negative.

If you get used to those, you just force opposing Bea to play good neutral and fundamentals.

Like fish said, understand opposing Bea's tendencies, be patient and you'll be fine. Her game plan is very straightforward.

Thank you for the responses I read both fully. I only have 30 hours on the game, but If I've learned one characters moveset from playing them its her lol. Its possible that I never really caught up in the mechanics of the game when ranking up and now I'm hitting a wall against Bea players that are just simply better as well as not understanding how to punish her.

Another good way to learn how to play against a specific character is to play as that character (assuming you have the dlc characters).
Whatever each characters' weaknesses are become very apparent when you're learning how to play as them, and this knowledge is something you can make good use of while playing against them.

That's totally understandable it takes time and games against characters to fully remember/put matchup knowledge into practice. I'm almost 500 hours in with multiple S++ chars and I still fail Ladiva, Ferri, Vas knowledge checks if that gives you hope lmao. Fish gave very good advice, playing chars you struggle against is a great way to learn how to beat em.
