Unable to access online features
This has been happening most of the day for me. Kinda ruined my day as I was looking forward to playing lol.
Here are my specs
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Z390 GAMING SLI Memory: 16384MB RAM
And I use an ethernet cable.

The entire day the game has been failing to connect to the server. I've gotten multiple error codes after many tries. Some of them aren't even codes google will recognize. I have checked my firewall, verified integrity with no errors, removed my local app folder, restarted my internet, restarted my computer, reinstalled the game. None of this worked. I even thought about getting through the season pass because I liked Seox's new outfit (I know passes are bad but I wanted it, now I have less time :zaglol:)

Were you previously able to play and suddenly can't connect, or has the online never worked for you?
Are you able to get into the game at least? Or are you stopped before you can even hit the main menu?

I'm able to get into the game and play it, I just can't access online features. I was able to play online yesterday.

Maybe try navigating to C:\Users\AppData\Local and delete the "GBVSR" folder? (make a backup first to be safe). Let the game recreate it the next time you boot it up.

idk if this is gonna help in your case but this has been known to address certain connection related issues.

Might need to try contacting their support on the official site then

So apparently, my internet provider google fiber has been having issues. Cant connect to sony servers, can't connect to some xbox stuff, or apple servers, or......Gran blue versus rising :zaglol:. They've been working on the problem for 3 days now. We will see if they then blame the game companies or vice versa.

I also have google fiber, this is starting to make some sense. I was able to login at one point earlier. Gonna try again sometime tonight probably.

Not sure if this will help but I was experiencing a similar problem. I could play the game but I couldn’t fight anyone online or in the lobby and whenever I found a match my ping wouldn’t show up and if I accepted the match it wouldn't work and it would just countdown. I found a fix on Reddit which work for me and that was matching your PC time zone to your local time zone.

Ever since the Vane update I havent been able to connect to the server and I get the Error: 012c-2712.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game on Steam and verifying files but I still can’t connect. And I was hoping the Beatrix update (1.40) would help but I am still getting the same error.

After contacting Cygames, they directed me to some general support pages regarding network connectivity as well as information regarding making sure ports on my router are open which is like a foreign language to me.

Port Opening - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/2EA8-4D75-DA21-31EB

General - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/669A-2F68-D1D1-A5EC

Its strange because I never had to do this before the Vane update and for other games too, but I will do my best to research and look into this on my end. I am hoping that the Beatrix update will probably fix this problem without me having to do anything but I am not holding my breath.

If anyone has any other experience with port openings and such please let me know as I have never went into my router settings as its been pretty much plug and play for me till this point with this game.

Thank you in advance
