It's how it is. C rank is just players who are not very good or don't know anything about the game. That's not being stuck up, that's just having been there and knowing about it.

He was being harsh, but his point was fair.
The people you're playing against in that rank are lacking the very basic skills to just play at the skill floor for this game. There's a lot of mashing and no one knowing who's turn it is, general lack of knowledge about how to approach the game not just in terms of the opponent's gameplan but even their own.

If you were mashing and not looking at the screen and won in ranks like that, odds are they were missing their meaties and weren't trying to whiff punish you... jump in against you... counter hit you... basically anything to beat you throwing out random garbage without actually thinking.

You can beat C ranks with any character without looking at the screen so I don't know what you're on about.

That's the way it is with social media nowaday , Peoples gettng very angry and complaining about sh*t they don't understand. Refusing to be corrected or educated by more experienced peoples. A crap ton of complete noob are raggin' against 2B , a few veterant are trying to explain that she isn't that great when you reach S rank ...yet C rank players keep complaining. low tier buttons mashers crying over the fact that they loose against low tier button mashers. The talented / knowledgeable usually keep it cool, subtil. Meanwhile the clueless / mediocre will be as loud and over the top as posssible .
