Why everyone Complaints about BP ?

It's just take around 2 week i guess to max lvl and get a skin. the price is reasonable too (200 thb) and BP may keep player base playtime more than nothing to do, Usually I didn't like BP with no max lv but this game is acceptable. Be open to each person's reasons. If you have them, please tell me.

I saw a lot of people who basically says
"Holy Narmaya's Rack Batman this game costs half of my paycheck, another half of my paycheck is Season Pass AND they also demanding money for a SKIN"
"TO THE CRYMOBILE"
I personally dont mind the BP, although I would appreciate more missions with 2k xp reward

for what you get the battle pass is priced reasonably, it's not just the skin, you get alot of nice bonus goodies. i think mostly people just hate the FOMO aspect of it because it's not clear if the skin will be available again after the battle pass expires.

There's nothing wrong with the BP in my opinion. To me it's kind of a complicated BURST mechanic. Lots of ArcSys games have a similar mechanic.

imagine your local grocery store made you stay in the counter for an hour to make the place look full before giving you the bread you paid for.
it's not about the money. it's about them making the service worse on purpose.
I'd gladly pay what they charge for the BP to just get the skin, but I'm not gonna give them money for trying to waste my time.

But the point is to force people into online more. Consumer friendly solution does not help that much - some people do need external motivation to do even what is fun for them.

Game is full price. It has a season pass, and it has a battlepass. Those exist in f2p games. This is not a f2p game.

Not every game has to be a part time job (FOMO). And not every game needs to be live service.

Also f2p games battlepass have a way where if you complete it, you will have enough currency to buy the next one. This is a paid game and that's not an option. There's so many cons to it but I'm sure you guys will find a way to defend this business practice.

The price of the BP is ok but it's still a paid game, my real issue is not having a way to pay once and then getting the future BPs for free like how we get in many free to play games, I don't know why they didn't just create a way to buy rupies or another currency and then gave that said currency to the players that farmed a lot on the BP and kept the game alive.

SF6's battle pass gives you back the currency you paid for if you max it out on the paid side and can be used towards future battle passes, and that's a paid game. Sadly, both Versus (previously), and Rising, does not have that same option that SF6 has.

Though at least the rewards going for it are very generous in Rising than it is from either the previous game and/or SF6.

For me at least the battlepasses changes my mindset from playing the game for enjoyment to playing the game as a chore (gotta get those dailies) I feel like this for every game that uses battlepass/daily quest stuff.

The idea of missing normally unlock-able stuff if I haven't been able to play recently also feels bad.

They don't get that BPs and season passes / DLC characters, are "good" for them even if they don't buy them, because it provides a constant stream of players, playing online, for them to find while queueing.

Can't expect much from people that can't pay 6 bucks for something they love, outside fried chicken that is

FOMO for cosmetic skins? I dont really agree with battle passes from customer aspect but FOMO on some cosmetic skins is laughable. Forget a dern skin i'm trying to get my rank up, so unless there is some kind of character buff in the battle pass I could care less.
