Can't move in the menus when in a lobby

I use a leverless Xbox arcade stick.
When I'm in online lobby I cannot move in the menus (up, down, left, right).
Examples:
- I can open the menu with the start button, but I can only pick the 1st option (character select) with A, I can't navigate the menu (down, up) so I can't even exit from the lobby.
- If I open character select in the online lobby I can only select the character I already have, I can't move so I can't select any other character.
The directional buttons (arcade stick in this case) don't work.
I can "fix" this is by unplugging the controller and use the keyboard, buit ofc that ain't ideal.
Does anyone else have this problem? I can't find a real solution it's driving me nuts, this same bug happened to me in the beta some weeks back.

Edit: I actually have 3 arcade controllers, 2 for xbox and one for ps, all of them have the same issue.

If someone is having this same problem with leverless controllers, I found a way to fix this.
Open your steam menu in-game, go to your controller configuration, and then go to remap the left stick (LS), select d-pad and map it with your stick.
That way you can fix it, since it seems like the game only let's you move in the menus in the lobby using LS, and that is dumb in godlike levels because
1-You can move just fine in the main menu.
2-It's a fighting game.
I know it's weird, you will have, for example, d-pad up and LS up in the same "button" but it doesn't affect the gameplay, trust me.

Does any of your sticks have any adjustable sliders on it? Mine for example has 2. One above the other. The top one being for ps3/4/PC,(obvious what this one is for.) and the second slider is for DP/LS/RS. The second slider changes it from D-Pad, Left Stick, Right Stick.

One of them have sliders, but it is the one I actually never use lol, anyways, I have that one on PC and DP ofc and it doesn't work, the orher 2 are DP only.

that happen to me too, i had to turn off my stick and use my keyboard jsut to get back to the main menu , very frustrating

That sucks. I sent them an inquiry about this in their webpage but ofc I haven't got an answer yet, this sucks so bad.

Hey I found a way to fix this.

I am running into this issue with my mayflash arcase stick f300 elite. Can't find a fix... kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I was being stupid I missed the DPAD switch on my mayflash arcade stick F300 elite. Once I just switch that I am able to navigate the menus in the online lobby.
