My resolution is set to the recommended value for the game, my drivers are updated and everything should be a-okay. But my game crashes the moment I try to open it, please send help if anyone had this issue!!

Have you messed with the scale settings? Mine was 150%, bringing it down to 100% worked.

Same and not much information on this yet. I feel like my only option is to refund, but I don't want to lol.

okay this was a nightmare but i found a solution. Not sure if i'm allowed to link. so credits to to gameplay.tips for the solution.

Right click on granblue rising in steam. Click Manage. Then click Browse Local files.

this will take you to the Rising install folder.

Right click GBVSR.exe. Select Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab. Select Change high DPI settings near the bottom.

Check the Override High DPI behavior, and make sure Application is selected in the bar below it. Press OK.

Game should launch now. Hope this helps. What a nightmare haha.

No, Application is already default choice its not working....

Tried to change the DPI settings and they were set to Application, same with changing my scale settings. This feels so dumb for some reason.
