360 shortcut
Does this game respect the more recent 360 shortcut input where you only have to do 412368 or 632148 to get a 360?

Dunno but there's a shortcut that lets you do it with one button.

From what I notice, the input system is similar to Rev2 so I would presume you only need 6248. That means 6321478 is also valid.

Yeah but you take a damage penalty and aren't able to choose which version you want, which matters for Ladivia.

I thought that too but apparently hitbox users have been having problems with attempting that input so I was like "hmmm".

If you press the skill button and either medium or heavy attack you get those versions. Pressing the skill button alone gives the light version.

You can absolutely choose which version you want, even with simple inputs, and the penalty isn't a huge deal. If you want to be well-rounded, you'll ultimately want to be comfortable with both.

No, you can do whichever version you want. I don't know who told you otherwise. If you want the M, H, or U versions you just press those buttons alongside the skill button when you do it.
The damage penalty is negligible. If you care about it that's fine but this is a slower input that you could just do with one button instead.

The penalty is 10% and applies to supers only as far as I know so no reason to not use them unless u are really used to the clasic scheme

I haven't tested it, but it's supposed to be 10% to any easy input move that hasn't been cancelled into. So anything in neutral will be affected, and most stuff in combos won't be.

Oh, derp. I obviously missed that. Thanks.

It applies to all moves...raw. Once you've landed a hit on an opponent and start chaining, simple inputs all the way. I wouldn't be able to play a charge character like Charlotta otherwise tbh, my directional inputs are too clean to be doing charge moves mid-combo - and I don't really care about dealing more damage with a DP on defense, I just want out of pressure.

Just for clarity's sake in case anyone's working under the misunderstanding I was, "raw" only means "hasn't been cancelled into." For a while I was under the impression that if a special landed against an opponent in hitstun, that was not considered raw. But no, it is entirely possible to get the 10% damage bonus mid-combo. This also applies to the 25% meter refund on ultimate skills.

I play Jubei in BBCF, if I try to run up 5A and don't let go of 6, I whiff a parry instead and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die. 662B becomes a parry if I hit 3 because of the buffer system. I can't not be clean.
