Guest characters? Seriously?

I can't believe i spent money on deluxe version of this kusoge.
I bought GRANBLUE FANTASY game, not some Yoko Taro bullsh*t.
I refuse to give any money to this charlatan.

Last but not least, 2B being in this game is YOUR FAULT! There was a poll in the first game to determine which collab character should get in and 2B was the winner. Each and every single one of you are responsible for not voting for someone else. Or maybe. Just maybe. There are more Granblue Fantasy fans who like 2B than there are who don't and you're all just a whiny minority who no one cares about.

Logic doesn't work, when it comes to any poll online, people who don't even play the game get a say and skew the votes, anyone who has been on the internet knows how popularity polls end up.
Also you can't blame anyone for not voting for someone else because you can't know if they did or didn't. You could easily assume everyone complaining DID vote for other people it just didn't matter.

I mean I acknowledge what you're saying. Again, I do not think I was scammed. I just think this is disappointing. The original set my expectations too high (I know how this sounds because this game is a huge upgrade, but the more and more i play the less less similar it becomes apparent they are) and now they've been thoroughly brought down both through my experience playing the new game and now the DLC pass roster. I'll probably just be a lot more careful before buying the second pass.

I only express my disappointment here because I don't really have anywhere else to do it and it's nice to hear when people feel the same negative feelings you do, you know? It's like a weird communal thing.

I'm more surprised that a game made by Arc Systems got someone as high profile as 2B.
Their past titles aren't exactly known to have popular characters as guests.

GBF (the mobile game) was well known for having a huge range of collaborations with various IPs so this is very much in character for GBF.

No matter what your opinion on 2B is, there is no denying that she was a massive financial success as financial results speak for themselves.

Though I still find it funny that Rising somehow got Nier Automata collab before the original mobile game even did lol

Square will shove 2B into literally anything even the trashiest mobile games. They just throw the character into anything. Hell she was in Soul cal 6 not that was a trash game per say but yeah it's not that unexpected people are to horny for her.

I kinda understand some people are disappointed but the vast majority of players seem pretty excited for her to come to Rising next month.
There are currently a lot of people that talk about Rising only bc of 2B so for Cygames, their plan totally worked out.

Also you guys bought the deluxe edition not knowing which characters are going to come with the character pass (except for Lucilius) so you can only blame yourselves!
