See https://rising-betatest.granbluefantasy.jp/en/playguide/characters_gran to have a look at how it'll work in Rising.
You have zero reason to do the motion inputs over the simple inputs in general, but it's especially applicable to charge characters and Ladiva/Fastiva since you don't have to do the double-full-circle for her super anymore.
And don't get me started on command grabs.
Thats what i said you have no reason to play charge characters like charge characters.
I didn't say you had not reason to play charge characters. And i am worried this might make them kinda OP. As Charlotas charger AA was once of the better in the game.
I only wrote about the amount of moves available at any time (this hasn't really changed coming from GBVS) but, indeed, technical and simple have also seen their properties aligned in Rising meaning that there aren't any functional differences between both input methods (same frame data, damage and cooldowns).
As you rightfully underlined, this makes technical inputs basically useless in Rising even if, on paper, they still exist. Not a great change imo.
yeah this change barely affects the game really unless i guess you played a charge character or a grappler (which we only have one )
Few characters also had a kof style half circle back forward grab.
