Anything noteworthy in Rooms 201 202 203 (?) and 204?

I've completed the game but it seems like I missed every opportunity to find out if there's anything special in those rooms in the Guest House, can anyone elaborate, are there any videos of these things?

Without spoilers, I've defeated one of the bosses on the first encounter when I wasn't supposed to, missing out on an optional item because of this. Which sucks because it took me 5+ minutes of running back and forth, hitting it with a 0% knife towards the end, avoiding the 1 hit kill mechanism of the boss.

Spoiler regarding the ending:

I saw you can somehow save the nurse, do you need the sledgehammer to be able to do that? Because once I defeat the final boss I have no way to go back anywhere, and when I found the nurse just before going for the final boss, she was just standing still, I had no way to interact with her.

Edit: Loved the game by the way, I just finished a similar game and I didn't think I'd find such a great and new pixel art horror game so soon.

In the rooms you find weapon parts for the pistol, shotgun and a hammer.
You can use the hammer to unlock a secret weapon:
